FanGames (Treibstoff Evolution GmbH): Konto und Daten löschen
1. In der App
In der App bei Ihrem Verein anmelden → Profil → Konto löschen → bestätigen. Die Löschung erfolgt sofort.
2. Ohne Anmeldung
E-Mail an datenschutzbeauftragter@treibstoff.software mit der E-Mail-Adresse des Kontos und dem Verein.
Was gelöscht wird
Konto, Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Geburtsdatum, Profilbild, Anschrift, Quiz- und Umfrageteilnahmen, Gewinnspieldaten und Lieferadressen.
Ohne Bezug zu Ihrer Person bleiben erhalten: Ihre Stimmen in Abstimmungen (sie zählen weiter im Ergebnis) und die Nachweise, welche Fassung von Teilnahmebedingungen und Datenschutzhinweisen akzeptiert wurde.
Fristen: Server-Logfiles werden nach 14 Tagen, Sicherungskopien nach 30 Tagen überschrieben.
Einzelne Daten löschen, ohne das Konto zu löschen
- Profilbild: Profil → Profilbild entfernen
- Anschrift im Profil: Profil → Straße und Hausnummer, PLZ und Ort leeren → Speichern
- Alles andere, auch Lieferadressen bereits eingegangener Gewinnspielteilnahmen: E-Mail an datenschutzbeauftragter@treibstoff.software mit der E-Mail-Adresse des Kontos und dem, was gelöscht werden soll.
FanGames (Treibstoff Evolution GmbH): Delete your account and data
1. In the app
Sign in to your club in the app → Profile → Delete Account → confirm. The account is deleted immediately.
2. Without signing in
Email datenschutzbeauftragter@treibstoff.software with the account's email address and the club.
What is deleted
Account, name, email address, date of birth, profile picture, postal address, quiz and survey entries, prize-draw data and delivery addresses.
Kept without any link to you: your votes (they still count in the results) and the records of which version of entry terms and privacy notices was accepted.
Retention: server log files are overwritten after 14 days, backups after 30 days.
Delete some data without deleting the account
- Profile picture: Profile → Remove profile picture
- Address on your profile: Profile → clear Street and number, Postal code and City → Save
- Anything else, including delivery addresses of prize draws you already entered: email datenschutzbeauftragter@treibstoff.software with the account's email address and what should be deleted.
